4 times a year or once per quarter, we produce a website for a registered charity on the island of Ireland - north or south - for free.


GREAT IDEA..SO HOW DOES THIS WORK?


- Contact us and explain what your registered charity does.

- We will provide the design for free.

- We will build your site for free.

- We will provide you with email addresses for free.

- We will train a member of your staff how to administer
your web pages.

- Your site will feature as many pages as you need e.g home, news,
about us, contact us, etc. There is no limit.


OKAY..BUT WHERE'S THE CATCH?


- We charge you for updates to your site other than text changes. This is a flat annual fee of 750 Euros.

- We charge you for nothing for 1 hours initial training. Thereafter at 35 Euros per hour or part thereof.

- We charge you for hosting at 196 Euros per year. Your site must be hosted by us.

- We charge for extra features e.g. newsletters, private membership
areas, photo gallery areas etc. only if you require them.

- We charge for custom graphic work e.g. creating logos and
editing photos,  etc. only if you require them.



ALL WE ASK IN RETURN..

We ask for nothing in return but that you keep us in mind if you come across a business or commericial entity that requires a website. We appreciate all custom as this helps pay the bills!

ANYTHING ELSE WE SHOULD KNOW?

Unfortunately, we are restricted to building only one website per quarter for free. This works on a first-come-first-served basis. We hope you appreciate our resource and time contraints in this regard. Associatemedia reserves the right to refuse organisations without cause.
