AssociateMedia was founded in 1999. We have a track record of 7 years in media: web, stationery and training, which, for an internet company is a long time. Furthermore, we believe, that we are different to most (read 80% of) web businesses in several respects:


Old Dogs - New Tricks

We are actually pretty good at what we do but we are always prepared to learn something new. If there is something we have not yet done, we will tell you. There is not a lot we can not do. But, if we think we can not do something, we will tell you there and then.


Your Business is Actually Our Business

We have a vested interest in seeing your business work and will work with you long past the point where you are satisfied with your product, service or training programme. You might prefer that a training course lasts 2 days rather than 1 or that the "thingy-what-you-call-it" should do "this" and not "that". Within reason, this is fine by us. We are still working with the same clients since 2001!


Getting Back to You

We provide unlimited technical support and advice free to our customers. Like you and your customers, we are sometimes on the phone or out helping both new and existing customers. If so, we will get back to you by the start of the next business day at the latest!


Have a Nice Weekend Roy!

Unlike others, we are also often available in the evenings. We realise, that sometimes you need advice and help or even simple reassurace, that you are doing something the right way. No problem. Even weekends are possible. With advance notice, we do not mind.


Cowboys and Indians

We do not make prices up in our head (unlike the cowboys). Rest assured, we do not have skiiing holidays, BMW's or trips to South-Africa and Venice in mind, when invoicing you for our work and services. We think our products and services are honestly and competitvely priced. We hope you do too!


Unrealistic Deadlines and Dates

We do not like to give unrealistic deadlines for projects. We are reluctant to promise that something can be done or presented in 3 weeks if we know from experience, that it might actually take 6. We will give you the most accurate and honest information possible at all times.

Mark Hayes,  MCT, MCDBA, MCSE, CIW CI

 

Mark is a highly-qualified instructor and web site designer and has a considerable record working with dozens of small to medium enterprises and multi-nationals such as DELL, IBM, Coca Cola as well as public sector bodies such as Seanad Eireann, the Dept. of the Environment, An Garda Siochana, the PSNI and several county and city councils.

Mark oversees our sales and marketing and is responsible for planning and delivering projects as well as providing technical support and liasing directly with all clients. ---------------------------------------------------------------
